Quick post tonight with a short introduction.

I’m a Baby Boomer woman in the position of re-inventing myself – again. The dizzy speed of economic chaos that has turned job markets and lives upside down in the last few years has been very challenging. For many, finding new opportunities at this stage of life has become a full time search.

The old “just go out and find a job” isn’t working anymore – and for those who have jobs,  downsizing has many people doing the work of two or three… in some cases for less money.
