Who is Deb Bauer, Anyway?

“Let me see if I understand what you just said.”

“OK”, I answered.

“You just told me that you’re going to write a blog and learn how to do internet marketing and be able to support yourself in some magical way.”

“You got it.”

“What on earth makes you think you can do that Aren’t you the same chick who thought that computers were a fad?”

That was then and this is now. I am a Baby Boomer who has had many rewarding life experience, several careers and many hobbies. Currently, I work as a Realtor in the Pacific Northwest. It is lovely here and I am totally in love with the green and the rain and the incredible natural surroundings. In order to stay here happily, I had to come up with creative ways to supplement and finally replace my shrinking Real Estate income and finding a JOB (some people call that Just Over Broke) with a 10% unemployment rate is in itself, a full time job.

I had no idea that I would be in a position to change my career yet again but here I am. In searching for work at home options, I examined many. Tried a few, and settled on Internet Marketing as my new career choice.

As they say, all work and no play make Jack a dull boy, and I will have none of that, so this blog is a combination of earnest effort in documenting my progress and also stories of things that you might find interesting. Comments are very welcome.  Onward…
